KORLOY DNMG 150604-HA PC9030 Carbide Turning Insert

KORLOY DNMG 150604-HA PC9030 is a high-performance negative turning insert specifically developed for finishing and semi-finishing operations on ISO M stainless steels. Featuring the HA chipbreaker geometry and PC9030 PVD coating, it delivers low cutting forces, excellent surface finish, long tool life, and reliable chip control.

The polished cutting edge of the HA geometry significantly reduces built-up edge (BUE), making it particularly effective when machining AISI 304, AISI 316, 316L, duplex stainless steels, and other adhesive materials. Improved chip flow minimizes cutting temperatures, reduces cutting forces, and enhances surface quality.

The PC9030 grade is a multi-layer PVD-coated carbide developed primarily for stainless steel machining. It offers excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and edge stability in continuous cutting operations. It also performs well in selected titanium alloys and nickel-based superalloys.
